Bi-folding doors, hipped roof, double glazing, 45mm thick logs and a really useful cabin size of 4.20 x 4.20m this building has it all including a 2.8m covered area which can be placed either left or right as decided at the point of installation. Overall the Torkel measures 7.0 x 4.2m.
A grand focal point for any outdoor space, the Torkel Log Cabin features a hipped building making it a stunning feature. Manufactured using 45mm interlocking logs, this design benefits from a combination of double doors, one opening window. The log cabin can be built with the gazebo either to the left or right.
The timber used to create the wall logs is a slow grown Spruce, this variety is chosen for its tight, dense wood grain. Tuin recognise that this produces a high quality garden building that is built to last. To comply with strict Dutch standards, all log cabins are free from finger jointing and mixing of timber species.
Supplied untreated, the Torkel can be customised to match the style of each garden. Tuin offers a range of treatment options including paints, stains and impregnation fluid - purchase with your cabin today! For an all year round cabin, learn more about insulating your Log Cabin.

We highly recommend shingles with your log cabin: The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.
