Thermo-Wood Information

Thermowood refers to a heat treatment process (chemical free) which increases its natural properties and longevity without a requirement for surface coatings, although many will still apply treatment in order to keep the surface looking fresh and clean throughout its lifespan.

Within the kit itself, all of timber except the door and windows go through this process, instead a tub of thermo-oil is supplied for hand application.
