I have placed an order, can I still make an adjustment?

In some cases we are able to make amendments to your order, we suggest contacting us with your order changes as soon as possible.

Can I choose a preferred delivery date?

We can book a lorry for a specific day but we will have to charge for this. If you email in with your postcode we can then provide you a quote after discussing with our hauliers.

How can I track my shipment?

Currently, we do not offer tracking on shipments.

As a business customer, can I get a discount on my order?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer B2B discounts on our orders.

Do you also make bespoke/custom items?

We offer a bespoke service for several items, including our Log Cabins and custom verandas. Further details can be found on their respected bespoke pages, including how to request a bespoke quote.

Why does my payment/bank transfer mention the name HGG BV?

HGG BV is the holding company that Tuin is part of. HGG encompasses all our consumer brands in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain.
