Delivery
Due to the large range of products we sell delivery time does vary according to the type of product. Much of our smaller items are within 3 - 5 working days. Our larger products are within 7 - 21 working days. Please see the individual product pages for estimated delivery times.
ALL OF OUR DELIVERIES ARE CARRIED OUT BY EXTERNAL HAULIERS OR CARRIERS.
Free Delivery Service of Buildings (Zone One)
Log cabins, Sauna's, Verandas and Gazebo's will arrive via a substantial lorry usually an articulated vehicle with a demountable, self powered forklift to move the packages to a suitable front of the property location: Large Item Delivery Details
You must let us know of any limitations regarding size of your unloading area and access before placing an order so alternatives can be arranged if possible.
When an order is placed you will be offered a delivery week. For log cabins you can select your week required and we will try our best to honour this. If it is not possible we will of course let you know.
Once your delivery week is paid for we will pass our haulier your details and they will then let you know the precise day of delivery via the phone number supplied on the order, this is either on a Thursday or Friday of the week before your delivery week when the haulier will contact you with delivery day.
Amendments to orders are not possible, if you have noticed something incorrect in your order confirmation please contact us immediately.Please note for delivery of large items, if the delivery week is delayed by the customer from the date chosen at checkout, there will be a £36.00 a week delayed delivery charge applicable for the second and third week of the delay. Please note the order will automatically be cancelled after the third week of the customer delaying.
Please Note we require payment BEFORE delivery is made.Payment is taken at the point of order. If you have chosen pay by link or bacs option, your order will not be processed until the payment has been received.If required to move or cancel 7 working days before your delivery week, there is an aborted charge.
There is a £25.00 admin fee for all orders that are cancelled after payment has been made.
For Zones 2, 3 ,4 and 5 additional delivery charges will apply. Charges may also apply for larger products within the London Zone. Should you live in these areas or beyond please contact us prior to ordering. Should you place an order without contacting us, and the delivery address is outside of Zone 1, we will notify you of the additional delivery charge before processing your order. Due to the further reaches of the UK, lead times for these areas can be extended by about 5 - 10 working days.
Occasionally and usually beyond our control deliveries can take longer and we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case. The times stated are guidelines only. If delivery times are critical to your order please contact us first.

Unique Delivery Service
Most log cabin suppliers will expect you to offload the lorry yourself - We Don't!
Log cabins, Sauna's, Verandas, Shepherd Huts, Sheds and Gazebo's will arrive via an articulated vehicle with a demountable, self powered forklift to move the packages. Our Forklifts are taxed and licenced as separate vehicles and can transport the packages away from the main vehicle.
You do not have to be present or off load yourself!
Paid Delivery Service
We can also offer a paid delivery service whereby the preferred day and time can be offered within Zone one.
This service may often be quicker and tailored to your exact needs and location. Please contact us for details of this if the Free Delivery Service does not meet your requirements.
If you would like to specify an exact delivery day of your choosing for our large items, then we can request this with the haulier. However, this can be in the range of £800+ for this service, alternatively you can arrange your own transportation to collect your item from our depot in Norfolk.
Timber Deliveries
Using the same external carriers we can offer a delivery service on the loose timbers we sell under the same terms, If the order is small enough then we can use a smaller and more cost friendly courier, if its too large then it will be sent with our larger hauliers (just like the log cabins we sell).
We here at Tuin offer a wide range of Garden Timber used for all manners of projects. But with timber, as any merchant will tell you, delivery can sometimes be tricky due to the lengths they’re sold in and the overall weight. If we were lucky enough to have a number of branches scattered all over the UK then it would be easier. We could employ our own local drivers on our own fleet of flatbeds. However we aren’t quite there yet and only have the one depot here in Norfolk.
So how do we deliver these products which can be rather awkward at times, you may ask yourself. We have two ways of doing it and it all depends on one important aspect which is the total weight of your order. If ordering a couple of lengths then chances are we can safely dispatch with a smaller, cost friendly multi-drop courier. But, If you’re ordering larger, bulkier lengths, or high amounts then we may have to offer our secondary delivery method. This is actually a full blown, Artic truck driving haulier with specialist Moffett forklifts. The same haulier that delivers our Log Cabins and other garden structures. The website will calculate this for you so you don’t have to start doing any unwanted math. Add what you would like to order to your cart as well as your address to obtain a delivered price. Or perhaps you don’t want to pay for someone else to deliver your timber. In which case a Click and Collect option is available on all timber pages. Both the courier we use and the haulier have different prices for each zone of the UK.
