The Aksel 28mm Log Cabin is a transverse model - featuring the door in the long side rather than the gable end. It is this design element which creates a more modern feel, allowing you to transform the Aksel into a stylish home office, studio or craft room.

Manufactured using individual 28mm interlocking logs sourced from the Spruce of Sweden, this log cabin features offset double doors and a double window - together these provide a light internal space.

All timber used is slow grown for a tight wood grain and the Dutch recognise that this creates a stable and durable log cabin. For the highest quality finish, the timber is also specially selected for the interlocking construction and will not include any mixing of timber species or finger jointing.

We highly recommend shingles with your log cabin: The final finish is far more superior and turns a shed into a stunning log cabin. Ordinary felt will last two - three years. Shingles will last for at least 15 years and it is unlikely you will ever need to replace them.
