Arden Sauna types

In principle, a wooden barrel sauna or sauna house is easy to build yourself. Pay particular attention to the wall thickness and what is/is not included. Pay particular attention to which heating method (sauna heater) best suits your situation.

For electric heating you need to install electricity and in some cases even three-phase power. If power current is required, we will state this in the model.

Barrel Sauna

The barrel sauna, all of which are available in either untreated spruce, or in a thermo-wood equivalent ranging from 250cm up to 400cm deep. Our barrel saunas are exceptional outdoor sauna solutions that blend functionality and aesthetics seamlessly.

Why a barrel sauna? The unique barrel shape minimizes heat loss and creates an inviting and cozy sauna environment. Not to mention, their design provides a more luxurious touch to your garden, creates the ultimate sauna experience.

Sauna Pods

We sell Sauna pods in three distinct sizes, ranging up from a depth of 2.8m to 4.8m in both untreated spruce and also a heat treated version known as thermowood.

It is also important to not treat the interior of your outdoor sauna stain, paint or oil can release toxic substances under the high temperatures in the sauna. You stain the outside of your sauna house or barrel sauna as you would with a log cabin. Also include half of the tongue and groove, but not the inside.
